- Repeating last night’s bootstraps on the likelihood ratio. Need to clean up and incorporate my bootstrap codes first.
- Should also explore the bootstrapping of the partitioning functions from yesterday.
- Begin implementing stochastic partitioning and stochastic ancestral state painting/inference.
